The Halifax Experience Foundation is a grassroots, not-for-profit organization dedicated to empowering Black and visible minority communities across Canada, with a strong focus on immigrant inclusion, equitable opportunity, and community development.

Founded on the belief that representation, collaboration, and opportunity are essential to building thriving and inclusive communities, the Foundation serves as a platform for dialogue, capacity building, and collective action around the issues that most affect marginalized groups.

To advance equity, inclusion, and community empowerment by creating programs, partnerships, and platforms that address systemic barriers and promote the social and economic advancement of Black, immigrant, and visible minority communities.

A Canada where diversity is celebrated as strength, where all communities—regardless of race, origin, or background—have equitable access to opportunities to succeed, lead, and contribute meaningfully to the social and economic fabric of the country.
